I don't think this is a direct resurrection of Baldhead, but rather Faust trying to work together with the Baldhead personality and only barely stopping himself from succumbing. With the way he reacts to Chipp inside his stomach, I don't think he's letting him out because Faust is in pain, but rather because he just realized what he did and regrets it. This is reinforced by him immediately trying to offer Axl his meds while hes on the ground. The reason I think they'll end up working together is because of how the lyrics pick up the mood during the chorus, similar to Smell of the Game. Either way, he looks fucking sick and the new song is a nice substitute for no character reveal.
