火計に遭う白い魔女のシルエットには十字架が写っていますし、耳飾りが魚の形をしています（キリストの象徴）。
また1:46 においてはキリスト教において聖霊の象徴とされるハト、キリストの血であるワイン（ぶどう酒）なども描かれています。
したがって、MV中で処刑される白い魔女はキリストがモチーフの一つにあるといえます。
そう考えるならば、黒髪のメイドは間違いなくユダを意識しているでしょう。

ニーゴの方とは全く違うストーリーが展開されていて、それなのに両方成立しているのが凄い。
ニーゴとぬゆりさんの独特な世界観がぴったり嵌っているんだと思うし、そのピースを嵌めようとした運営や、満点以上で返したぬゆりさん最高！！

Thanks to a comment thread started by @フィクションです, I noticed that the MV is very heavily insipired by the story of Judas and his betrayal of the Christ. (Apparently it's specifically by a short story by Osamu Dazai written from Judas point of view.) The witch dressed in white (divinity) and red (love, passion, blood) is associated with Jesus while the maid whose outfit has yellow accents (betrayal) is associated with Judas.
More details:
0:04 and 3:26: The three candles light up and then are blown off at the end, might allude to the promised resurrection 3 days after the Christ's death.
0:05: The Witch's earring is fish shaped; fish was an early Christian symbol. Her walking to the stake might be a nod to the carrying of the Cross.
0:08: The maids are the Apostles; Yellow Maid/Judas is the only one averting her eyes
0:33: There are holy halos above all of the chairs except Yellow Maid's, the same way Judas is the only halo-less Apostle in religious art.
0:34: The flower in Yellow Maid's spot is a branch of Judas' tree, named as such because Judas hung himself from it. It also shows up in the official Spotify/ITunes/... thumbnail with several nooses hanging from it.

This may be out there but part of me wonders if the witch hunting is a metaphor for lgbt people. The witch is an out lesbian and the maid is coming to terms with her sexuality after growing up in a heavily religious environment. In the end though someone is seen talking to what looks like a priest and causes the maid to turn in her lover to be punished.
