There are so many things about this cover that I just... all the details. And not just the visuals. The meaning behind how you sang the vocals. The camera work. The more I think about it all, the more I start shaking because I can't verbalise it all in the way I want. It feels like someone threw buckets of paint over the world.
As someone who orbited the community for a long time before feeling myself drawn into the family, just watching and observing, somehow being seen and simultaneously not- it reminds me of just being a watcher. But in the way of like, you'll never have to remember the pain alone. If may not have been shared, but I saw it all. I guess that didn't make sense.
The last time I broke down like this was Drive. Stop doing this to me! (But don't.) Watching your strength build on your long journey, how lonely you must have felt just starting out, but finding a place that's so thoroughly a second home. God, I just- I'm sorry I'm so over the place.

I remember seeing the preview for this cover and thinking that the animation was gonna slap, however when you began to sing I then realised just how hard you've been working on this and concluded that this whole cover slaps.

Always hear people saying that they can't sing, but I like to think that everyone can sing, you don't have to be born with a great voice to sing, you just need to love and understand your voice and find how you want to use it, music shouldn't be something that is locked behind talent and theory, it's a medium that should be used to share emotions and tell stories through careful crafting of sound and vocal expression. In the after party, what moved me most was nina's congratulations like an interview. vox was nervous. He kept making weird noises tonight, saying he was jelly. But during nina's questioning, vox spoke freely about his own creative experience and ideas. It's easy to tear up when I think of the box director talking at the film festival years later.
Vox is a big colander, but the big colander was kept secret for more than six months. He tweeted all day in order to use "FOUR HUNDRED YEARS" to declare his love. Vox collected more than 700 images from fans and added each unique k from all over the world to PV. He talked a lot about his ambitions tonight, saying that he's going to continue the project, that it's not going to be all about live streaming, and that it's going to be the difference between vox fans and other fans.
I can't say anything but moved and grateful. He gives all Kindred a big surprise, and Kindred gives him all the love. This is a romance and carnival that belongs only to Vox and Kindred.
