If you're complaining about Jeon Somi CLOSER being a sample songs of 'Beautiful Girl' by Sean Kingston. Yeah the song producer and the singer are working with this song for Jeon Somi so the requires permission from the copyright holder of the original song's musical composition (melody, lyrics, etc.) even though it's a re-recording are already set. This is because you are using their creative work, which are not even the problem.

Somi always comes out with such an amazing concept, style driven music, whatever genre she will do she will come out of it with art. Her vocals, visuals are always mesmerizing, her duality is insane. When it comes to music. What an amazing soloist, I love everything about this. The vocal Chops was brilliantly done, it’s so addictive. Her choreography always amazes me.
