Kanata and Ichika's exchange is so damn good. The dialogue given to Kanata typically has a huge chance of ringing hollow, because titular Ultras have a tendency to spend a lot of the show saving the day, undercutting the Attack Team they're supposed to be working with. But when Kanata says he's never been alone, we as the audience, KNOW he means it, because a third to a half of the victories across this show couldn't have been achieved without this GUTS-Select team. They're so competent that they're arguably as, if not, _more_ integral than Decker himself, and that's BEAUTIFUL. It gets the implicit potential of humanity across better than anything else.
I'm gonna miss this squad, seriously.

I really like how the final fight in this episode reflects to that of Dyna's final battle without being too similar to it. And I also like how the beam struggle between Decker and Mother Spheresaurus is more similar to Ultraman Z's beam struggle against Destrudos in his own final battle. It's like they combined the elements of Ultraman Dyna and Ultraman Z together for this episode's formula

Final time
- This is a climactic finale, prolly the most the series has seen since Z with the heroes being devastated by the Sphere Mother and working on how to stop it
- Kanata revealing he's Decker to the other GUTS members was a great moment of character for the whole team
- I really like the Sphere Mother's motive to unify everything on earth to where it's all just one entity, again it reinforces the Sphere as this virus seeking to wipe out all imperfect life
Absolutely great way to cap off this amazing show as well as Trigger

Ultraman Decker #25 "La luz del mañana" 85 pts

Un gran final para esta gran serie.
+ Gran participación del equipo y el Ultraman anterior
+ Gran coreografía en las peleas al mezclar los Ultraman y los distintos vehículos de la serie
+ Un lindo mensaje sobre la identidad y la esperanza en el futuro
- La forma de derrotar a Mother sphere fue algo simplona, literalmente el objeto brillante en su pecho
- El conflicto de individualidad vs unión fue muy apresurado y salido de la nada

Una gran serie y me deja esperanzas en el futuro de la franquicia.

A great Ultraman has ended his series and overall a wonderful journey of Guts-Select with Ultraman Decker and i give my ratings for this series is 9.5/10. Finale episode is just wow! there is so many Ultraman past series references just in one episode and woah Ultraman Dyna is back for the movie? 🫣 Could Asuka make a cameo and play a huge roles for this movie? Looks like Decker is similar to Ultraman Nexus where he choose his next deunamist on every timeline

1 I love the captain who was surprised that he didn't know Decker and Trigger were Kanata and Kengo.
2 It's been a while since I heard the Mother Sphere speak.
3 I miss the team up between Decker and Terrapsher.
4 My favorite part is Trigger passed the Eternity core's power to Decker to give him a boost he needs to fight.
5 The way Decker fired his selgent beam at Mother Spheresaurus reminds me of Z fired his Zestium Ray at Destrudos D4 ray.
6 In the new Ultraman Decker trailer, I like Dians and Terrapsher taking on King Joe, Seeing Dyna battling Gadoola and Magma. I think I saw a kaiju card on Kanata's shoulder.

Okay now who else cried during this scene? Man, Agams finally get to be with his beloved Laelia again, and I'm bursting out of happy tears for it. You can even see how thankful Agams is to Kanata, and that is very heartwarming. They really did him justice.

This is the first Ultraman I've watched from start to finish as aired and I'm seriously wondering why there has never been a movie ft Super Sentai and Kamen Rider. I think it would be incredible to watch (-_^ )

Great series, it didn't have the rocky start Trigger had, and all in all felt like a more consistent story over all. I initially thought Trigger and Decker would fight together again, but then the team knew this was Decker and Guts-select's show, so they just gave him a support role instead - even with the Eternity Core powering Decker with the final beam shot - and I'm glad that happened.

An enjoyable show by itself, and in contrast to Dyna where he goes into space to continue his never ending journey, Asumi's Decker journey (supposedly, because we see he'll be back again one more time in the movie) ends here because the threat has vanished, and this timeline only needs Trigger as the one Ultraman.

Edit: In conclusion I just want to thank the team at Tsuburaya for this series, it was a good New Generation Dyna. If they are ever bringing a New Generation Gaia/Agul, I hope it'll be as good, or even better.

A happy ending at least but still many unanswer question with sphere. This episode gives me more feeling of Tiga's ep 52. Idenity exposed, the light clears everything and the transforming item vanised. Most of decker's settings are just Gundam 00. Expoloding scream then active trans-arm to wipe everything away. If Kanta transform using Kengo sparklens like Ribut did would better because it's just akward for Kengo to show up and suck up eternity core like he always do and dont fight. Instead of seeing the couple, I would like to see Asuka Shin back facing and doing the thumb's up pose instead. The movie hype to see it. Dyna, Trigger, Dynus, new Decker form, what will it be? A extened sidestory on UGF?

I like the ending, its just that theres no surprise impact at all with Kanatas reveal as Decker. I still prefer the crew being surprised with prota being the hero like what they did with previous series.
