I just want to thank all the Youtubers, creators, speedrunners, and most importantly the Hollow Knight community. You all never let this game fade with time. Even after all these years, I still see new Hollow Knight videos popping up, and that’s something special.

Because of this community, Hollow Knight never felt old — it stayed alive, fresh, and inspiring. And now that Silksong is finally here, I’m just genuinely happy we all made it to this moment together. We waited, we joked, we doubted… but we never let go.

LOL,I wish I could’ve been a Kickstarter backer on this. I found out about it right after it closed. The insanity surrounding this game, should go be studied by psychiatrists and sociologists lol. The ups and downs have been maddeningly hilarious to watch. I honestly don’t know how Team Cherry didn’t become spiteful during it all. Trying to explain to people, the sheer magnitude of only 3 people making a game of this caliber, it takes time,a lot of damned time, and then more time to make sure that everything is smooth, polished, the audio is mixed correctly, sound levels, voice acting, music…etc. trust me, you want them taking their time, making sure it’s all perfect. And here we are. The wait will have been worth it. I’m beyond excited, to have another quality and substantial metroidvania! The release date is tantalizingly close! Thank you for but waiting until the end of the year,or October 16th to launch alongside the Xbox Ally!
