This has got to be the quickest Ultraman series where people other than special beings knows the human host is a Ultraman, but it’s still a really great series!🙂

The pacing is too quick you can say?
Well that's the downside of having under 30 episodes for the series.
But i hope this implies that there won't be a lot of filler like Z and the series focused more on the story

If we recall about the leak about “Ultraman Regulus” and looking (in a overlooked way) in Ultraman Trigger. I theorize that Akito would become Ultraman Regulus by some circumstances.

i like how they really make a diff with other ultra like how triggers host is inexperienced in combat that he can only do the ultra skills and do kick and punch not like haruki who is training karate daily making zet a experienced fighter im looking forward triggers host will be trained get better in combat and doesnt relly only on triggers experienced

I really like how they used the old Tiga Series punching and kicking sound effects for the series. What's more is that they bought back the underwater fight scenario, something that hasn't been seen since Ultraman Mebius. Ultraman Z may have it but it was only briefly. I'm also really glad they made Ultraman Trigger's Type Change works like how Tiga Type Changes while in the form of the New Gen concept of changing forms. I can't wait to watch episode 3 next week

I thought the story was ridiculous at first when I saw the last episode. But having the transformation tool created by someone in GUTS is just genius! I think I'm gonna love this series if we'll have more trope subversion like this.

Really hope Akito keeps that chip on his shoulder. Seems like he's doubling as this series Keigo Masaki proxy, so there's a tiny chance he might become host to Trigger's equivalent of Evil Tiga. Mayhaps that's who the recently trademarked Regulus is?

Even with trying to get used to being Ultraman Trigger, Kengo is still very motivated to protect people and to make them smile. That's why he's a good choice to be a host on top,of what we have seen in the first episode.

I like how Dargon is just stuck in that position, head in the ground for over 30 million years. I also like how they show Kengo is still being new at being Trigger, with his being blown away after beaming the monster at point blank range. And that underwater fight with Dargon is a big nod to the Final Odyssey.
I'm not a fan of the show using the white background again for transformations but I get it. At this point, it's obligated to show them toys. More sales, more money, more shows. Also not a big fan of Kengo's character, not that I hate him. It's just that he's your generic upbeat tokusatsu protagonist but not the worst thing, especially at a show aimed at younger audiences. Just hope that his connections with Trigger will give him some character development.

I really want Tsuburaya to make more than 25 episodes at least for this series. Tiga had 52 episodes, so Trigger should deserve the same thing

I have a strong feeling that akito will be the secondary ultra and also I guest since akito some sort of prejudice on Kengo, if ever akito will be the secondary ultra, they will have a duel match just like in Gaia's series whereas Agul fights Gaia. Also I feel like the ending of this series will be related to Dyna whereas for me, Trigger was suck by a wormhole and was accidentally arrive at M78 timeline which we could possibly seen in the next UGF..... I hope the TDG would comeback soon

It’s been a while where there’s been secondary ultras with different human hosts. Seeing the way Akito acts resembles many secondary riders which makes think he’s the secondary ultra of the series.
