It is actually really cleaver about what they are doing with the members that are not here, including Korone, Haato, Fubuki and Coco. They showed up between the verse of the songs, and they just need to have their own cute animations without singing. And I once thought that the part which everyone is singing together these members will open their mouth to make you think they are also singing, but I just noticed that they never opened their mouth, instead just smiling. This is very clever, which gives you the fact "they cannot be here" in a really cute way :)
By the way Korone is opening her mouth throughout the video what could I say she is KORONE so yeah
