I am very happy with this update and all the things that have been put there, between the new brawler, the remodel and the various changes and improvements and skins, but honestly I still expected a pinch more, as trivially all I think ... For example, a new brawler in July because without any consistent news (the skins are not part of it in my opinion) the game at some point in the summer could be a bit boring. In fact it is a good idea to launch a brawl talk every 2 months but at least it is REALLY full of news, and maybe the new brawler could have some more mechanics since we were used to Janet and Bonnie ...

I absolutely love Penny’s remodel!! The best part about it is that it is attached to some lore, and it’s all ambiguous too. I think it’s really cool how, because she is now missing an eye it seems, she adapted her play style and upgraded her equipment to make up for her decline in depth perception (her range is shorter and shots are faster because of her declined ability to see distant objects and track movements). Head cannon stuff about her mysterious journey adds so much character and makes me love this remodel so much. (Also Penny being my main and all)

I think it would’ve been better if the new character had something like spray shots, like it showed in the trailer, almost like amber, but they probably have to decrease the range though. But other then That, great brawl talk!

It’s alright but I was expecting a lot more considering summer updates have always been huge.
Otis’ basic attack is disappointing though. A short range cone shaped splash damage type of attack like in the animation would’ve been more interesting.

El nuevo diseño de penny es fantástico, no me esperaba algo así. El nuevo personaje me gustó el diseño, pero no su ataque principal, cuando lo vi pensé en algo como amber (quizás el ataque fuera mas corto pero hacía mas daño).
La skin de la liga estelar me parece decepcionante, no creo que valiera la pena el esfuerzo que se hace por dicha skin.
La skin gratis de nivel 1 del pase de batalla es realmente muy buena, pero es una lastima que sea para otro personaje que ya recibió anteriormente una skin en una pase de batalla y que no agreguen a otros personajes (tal vez sea por que colt es un personaje muy jugado o querido por la comunidad, haciendo de esta forma la gente compre el pase, lo cual no está del todo mal)
[es mi opinión, no quise escribirlo como una critica destructiva, sino todo lo contrario]

Will showdown plus ever make a return? Everyone just either teams, or sits in a bush in showdown, no matter the trophy range, so it’s really hard for people like me to stay attached to the game. Also, trophy grinding has just gotten so plain and boring, so it would be really nice is showdown plus made a return, as an extra gamemode, but I haven’t seen anyone really talking about it. Will showdown plus ever come back?
