I am a Pacific islander myself, and we do eat a lot of napoleon wrasse. We eat them as sashimi , fried and nitsuke are the best.

I wanted to be like Maseru so I went to the Asian supermarket, bought 2 fish and broke it down (it was hard) but I def learned some tricks from watching the videos. I also fried it like Maseru and made a stew 😂

Napoleon fish are considered endangered around the world. Although this was interesting to see, a giant like this would've been better left in the ocean as they are not as good eating as 4-10kg ones. Good video masaru ❤️
