GEARを生み出し聖戦を引き起こし、人類史上最大最悪の大罪人と呼ばれる「あの男」こと「飛鳥＝R＝クロイツ」が米国政府に投降したのだ。

自分をGEARに改造した男。積年の復讐の相手であり、かつての親友でもある。
真意を推し量りながら、ソルは得物を手に立ち上がるのだった。
