I remember back then I said Mad Maggie had a different accent than Fuse's, suggesting she's Kiwi. Seeing her doing the Haka confirms it. Also, proud of myself for being able to differentiate Aussie and Kiwi accents. Haha.

I honestly feel like Maggie and Revenant will have some interesting dialogue about Freedom since that is what they both crave for in their own way. Maggie wanting Salvo to be free from Syndicate control and Rev wanting to free from the immortal body he considers a prison.

I really like how when we meet Maggie, she and Walter (Fuse) are freedom fighters for Salvo. Then when Fuse joins the Apex Games, she turns full terrorist. Here, we see her motives are still for Salvo’s independence, so her actions are justified to herself. It really makes the character seem more complex than being one or the other.
Also, around a year ago is when Fuse joined the game, now his old friend turned rival is stepping in. Let’s see how this turns out.
