Noticed the lighting—the girl either radiates light to the boy or she gets swallowed by his darkness. The details are so slick that you can feel the sadness of the song. Oh, booseok, my heart!!!!!

i love the way they used colors. like for the girl she constantly wears red which means there is still love but there's also a hint of blue in everything about her which means slowly she felt distant and maybe alone; whereas the guy always wear black or something that is too dark which signifies he is not feeling well mentally that he is stuck in darkness that seems to be so deep he can't escape and that he is depress. I also love the way at 0:51 the girl is sitting in front of the window with the sunray hitting her signifying that she is full of brightness and the guy was sitting not being hit by the sunlight but somehow it manage to give a small amount of light towards him which means the girl is like the sunshine that gives light into the man's darkness. And at the ending the contrast of colors, the guy wearing black which means he is sill stuck into the darkness of his mind while the girL no longer wears red and this time is wearing white which means, she's done and that there is no love anymore. THIS IS SO HEARTBREAKING WITH BOOSEOK'S VOCALS :((

"Falling in blue",
Depression/sadness is usually depicted as the color blue.
Falling in Blue is basically about two people falling in love, where one of them is dealing with depression. The other person tries to help and pull them out of it, but ends up falling into it with them instead. The video explains the song and the title so beautifully, gave me goosebumps!

i’m rewatching the mv and omg. so like here’s my theory, the guy is like depressed possibly because he lost someone, as seen in the starting and he slowly starts losing himself. if you read the lyrics while watching, you’ll see how the lyrics depicts his emotions. and the gf tries her best to bring him back, giving him comfort and being there for him. until it probably just got too much for her, like in the scene where she got soo worried about him, she ran back home when she was supposed to have her job interview. from there if you look at the lyrics it says “i can no longer ignore, im blue” 5:01 lowkey indicating that she’s also being drained out by him, this shows that the lyrics that was once representing the guys emotions, is now representing hers. she worries for him too much that she realised she has let herself go, she feels like she sacrificed herself for him.

personally, i feel like both sides are valid. he’s depressed but it took him too long too realised it when he finally does it’s already too late. i can also understand her pov taking care someone who is struggling with their mental health can also take a toll on your mental health because you’re constantly around negative energy, that you find yourself feeling drained out too. that constant worry of whether ur partner is okay, or that they’re constantly depending on you. it leads to u sacrificing your time and also mental health and it can be very draining and can also drift apart relationships. her leaving does not mean she doesn’t love him, it just means that her happiness and her life should not have to come with an expense just because she’s in a relationship. but from his pov, he’s depressed, and if you know what it’s like to be in that state, you know how hard it is to pick yourself up, you understand the struggle, the pain etc. so it’s not his fault either.

I cried. At first, I didn’t even read the lyrics because their voices were so beautiful—I just closed my eyes and listened. But after 3:07, when I finally understood the meaning of “Falling in your blue,” I couldn’t hold it in anymore.

I once loved someone who suffered from depression, and this video resonated deeply with me. Supporting someone you love while feeling helpless is incredibly painful. When she chose to leave, it wasn’t because she stopped loving him—it was because staying meant they would drown together.

Sometimes, loving someone means letting them go so both can survive. DK and Seungkwan’s voices truly describe how heartbreaking the story is and how beautiful their voice are, I cried twice 😭

It's beautiful ❤ the way it represents fear and how feeling of loved one affects us in ways which are sometimes so cruel. But neither one has the intention to hurt each other. The story and vocals are so amazing that it really made me think about few things of my own. Seungkwan, dokyeom you are really so talented, hope this reach all around the globe❤

This is such a very relatable topic for everyone who is or was in a relationship. Some would even find it as a sensitive topic but they managed to deliver it well.

I find the highlight in "Falling in Blue". I think blue represents the sadness and loneliness, while falling is it being slow and unavoidable.

The hardest part about loving isn't about not receiving the love you want to receive but rather the longing you felt when the person you want to give your love to, no longer feels the need to receive it— that your support and love isn't reaching them anymore. And that sadly, part of loving... is letting go.

Kudos to Dokyeom and Seungkwan, the actors who also did very well, and to everyone in the team !! You did a really great job !! ❤🎉
