This is a change from the previous Brawler release event and is part of testing different Brawler release setups. This likely won't change the way the Brawler release event works, since the focus is more on testing different dates and timelines throughout a season and update cycle and we will be trying a few different options in upcoming Brawler releases before committing to a specific format
