I really respect you! Not only does Masaru have all these in-depth marine knowledge and amazing fishing and diving skills, despite the challenges ahead, he never loses his upbeat tone and positivity. I couldn't believe he went to the gym after hours of diving on so little food. So inspiring!!

そしてダンベルフライは肘を曲げすぎなので、
少し曲げる程度にし、ダンベルの位置は胸の高さまで降ろす様にしたらいいと思います。
胸を張るのを忘れずに、意識しすぎて腕をまっすぐにしない事を気を付ければ大丈夫です。
そして限界まで追い込むのは怪我のリスクもあるので、程々に
