I'm usually too shy to comment on these, but here's my visual interpretation:
Based on the title, I think Red is mourning Green, and this video captures the time when Red finally decides to get back into photography after the loss of his partner: something that would be incredibly daunting and deeply emotional. He's not prepared for the memories and the emotions (because try as we might, we're never ready for them when we do something like that). It's a time that's deeply comforting because it was something really personal he shared with Green, inspiring because he remembers how bright and exciting the city can be, and heartbreaking because with those happy memories comes the grief of knowing Green is gone. Sometimes Red feels like a kid again, taking in the sights and reminiscing on happy times, but sometimes he feels lost in his grief, like it might swallow him up, making the city look much more intimidating and making getting back into photography feel like an impossible task. But he remembers Green and his vibrance and their dreams together, and his promise to Green ultimately is able to pull him out of the dark moment and keep going.
I'm only 23, but I've experienced a lot of grief myself to the point a lot of people say it's the main thing that characterizes my life. With the anniversary of my dad's passing in just 3 days it's the main thing on my mind right now, so I see grief just about everywhere in what I watch/read/listen to, and seeing it in this video gives me hope. Thank you so much Eve, I know it's just coincidence but the timing really could not have been much better. ♡♡

I think the cameras represent how they were searching for the colour and fun in the world. When the two main characters are together, the world would become more "colourful", making it seem like a full picture. Then one of them died, leaving the other to believe that the world can never become fun and colourful again, leading him to stop looking for new things to enjoy, thus, abandoning his camera. In the end, he moved on and started searching again.
I think the song represents that if you lose someone close to you, it's not wrong to be happy without them. It isn't disrespectful to them if you enjoy life even if they're gone.

I posted a comment in replies somewhere, but I wanted to make my own comment to fully analyze the scene from 3:22 onward.
The scene starts with Red trying to kill himself. How? By jumping off the bridge: you see him falling into water for a split second before the scene swaps it so that he's falling out of the sky. The photo that glows right after, Red's memory of Green, is probably the only thing keeping him alive here.
((Before i go further, I will bring up that I am a supporter of the theory involving the manga, personal spirits, and the eve multiverse. Now, with these theories, there are spirits, including the type that are created from a person's soul. Red and Green have them: the red and green fish-like creatures you see thoughout the video. However, they are unable to see them like the protagonist of the manga can.)
So then the scene moves on to Green's Fish diving into the water after Red, and then appearing above Red as he's falling from the sky. However, it becomes smaller; Green's will to save his friend from suicide, even in the afterlife, was strong enough to allow him to become his true self again and save Red.
At 3:39 you see Green "wake up" and start reaching out to save Red. He manages to reach Red at 3:52. Red "wakes up", and here I think he actually sees his friend's spirit smiling at him one last time (also you can see a spray of water here, meaning Green literally pulled him out of the water). Green turns Red's camera white to match his own, before returning to the afterlife after saving his friend.
At 4:04 Green reverts back into the Fish form and flies off, leaving Red on the bridge with his now-white camera returned. He may not see the fish spirit leaving, but he can feel it: represented by the green tendrils surrounding him followed by him smiling when they disappear. 初めは赤髪の子が1人だった青髪の子に手を差し伸べ、最後は青髪の子が赤髪の子に手を差し伸べる。2人の関係が本当に素敵だと思いました。

from clip alone, it looks like this tells a story about a relationship that was brought together by sharing a hobby between the two main characters we see, then an external reason made one of them stop pursuing said hobby (i'm thinking it was a terminal disease but it could be anything that represents loss of interest aswell, since we see the representation of fire slowly "burning out" the photos, maybe representing burnout), the other person accepts that and holds on to the memories they once had with photographies.
again this is by clip alone and it looks like a pretty obvious theory, but i dont know japanese so i'm gonna have to wait for the translation lol

SO BASICALLY MY THEORY IS (This is only based on the visuals since I don't understand japanese and there are no subtitles by the time i'm watching this):
The story starts when the green hair guy (imma call him green) went to a new school(which was the school of the red haired boy that i'm calling red),. Green was alone so red saw him in class but didn't say anything cuz he was with friends and wasn't just gonna say hi to this random kid. (00:58)
Then they both go on a boat trip I'm guessing? and they go to the same place to take pictures(1:04), they notice each other and become friends (which is what i think the colours mean in 1:22). They start spending their time together.
But we can see green has some kind of disease when he coughs in 2:03)
Then I assume green dies (which is represented by the city being destroyed/the monsters etc in 2:57)
Red sinks into depression as we can see in 2:08 in 2:45 (i think him burning the pictures means he's trying to erase his memories with Green) and in 3:19 to 3:26
Now let's go back to the beginning of the MV. I think in here Red throws his camera to the sea/river as he sees no more meaning in photography. He then hears the voice of Green (i don't know Japanese but from my knowledge from anime i think he says something along the lines of ''I finally found you'' ''Long time no see''). Red is surprised by earing Green's voice but soon realizes that it was just his imagination (also because Green's already dead). We can confirm that he's dead since in 00:23 we can see he doesn't have that floating thing that Red has.
In 2:21 to 2:44 we can see Red and Green walking together (even tho Green's just in Red's imagination). They walk through the places they used to play as Red remembers when they were young. I think this means that Red's always thinking about Green and their memories.
Then in 3:27 we see Red sinking (he might be comitting suicide even tho i'm not rly sure about it), but when he's about to drown he touches Green's photo, in other words, he remembers Green. The whole city lights up with their memories and Green appears (in the form of a guardian angel or something of the genre, i assume 3:37) and saves Red 3:53
In the end, we can see that Red moves on and starts taking photos again! 4:08
