I see a few people saying they have mixed feelings on ayato’s jp voiceover because of Otto from honkai and as someone that also plays honkai I can totally see why, but I’m glad my brain can’t associate his voice with otto’s character. Because the first thing that pops up in my head is always Mikage from Kamisama Kiss. This was the first time I heard Akira Ishida’s voice in an anime and Mikage left a big impression on me, so I can’t help but think of him (and kaworu) when I heard ayato in this teaser. Very excited for him!

Altho JP VA for Itto has a noice laugh but the CN VA has him beat there. The CN VAs laugh is so frickin infectious, I'm still laughing rn(5 minutes after the video). But Ayato being voiced by Otto VA is pretty surprising considering his infamy in Honkai
