The PS5 Pro should have been announced as being fully backwards compatible with the PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS4. That is really the only feature that would have people willing to pay that ridiculous price tag. Sony failed on this just like they failed with Concord.

You have absolutely lost it. SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for this? No disc drive, no stand, and even worse, ALMOST NO PS5 EXCLUSIVES? OK, there are lots of exclusive Playstation games, but most of them are actually for the PS4… why would I even bother? I’ll be keeping my vanilla PS5 for a loooooong time, thank you very much.
