This opening immediately became not only my favorite One Piece opening, but perhaps my single favorite opening of any anime ever. The animation style and art style are gorgeous, the scene direction is stellar, the timings are perfectly in line with the music, and the references are deeply considerate. Absolutely phenomenal all around. I've watched this opening about 15 times already, five of which were before I even moved on to view the actual episode. I can't get enough of it!

アニメーション素晴らしすぎる
曲も「新天地・新しい領域」感溢れてて最高　
高い音域を課した田中さんとそれにチャレンジしたきただにさんのエピソードも相まって、ワンピースの終わりに向けてさらにギア上げたような曲になってるのがすごくいい

This is the beginning of the end,the final saga of One Piece, for better or worse the series will probably be over within the next 5 years. With that in mind, this OP is so fitting. It feels like it’s jump starting us into fresh and new territory.

I cannot physically nor mentally explain how much i love this style, its like theyre taking a 3d character and giving it 10x the emotion, i know a lot of people dislike it after getting used to the much more detailed and stronger type of style in wano but imo this is literal eye candy and i couldnt be more excited for egghead
