La elaboración del kimchi, consiste en:
Primero, comenzamos partiendo en taquitos la col, eliminando el tronco.
Para preparar la salmuera, necesitaremos un bol grande con agua y 250 gramos de sal gorda. Tras disolver bien la sal, introducimos la col y la dejamos reposar. Cada media hora la mezclamos y a las dos horas la lavamos en agua fría, al menos tres veces.
Picamos y machacamos los ajos con el jengibre hasta obtener una pasta y la añadimos a una taza junto con la salsa de pescado y el pimentón.
En otro recipiente mezclamos la harina con tres tazas de agua y hervimos cinco minutos. Añadimos el azúcar y dejamos enfriar mientras removemos.
Ahora, en un bol más grande mezclamos todos los ingredientes y añadimos la col. Para obtener una buena mezcla mejor hacerlo con las manos usando guantes.
Por último, ponemos el kimchi en un recipiente hermético y esperamos que fermente.

Yo soy un poco nueva pero leí que ayuda escribir comentarios largos, entonces voy a contar como conocí a Bangtan, en mayo empezando la cuarentena me apareció un video hablando de la canción de Daechwita, me gustó un poco y quise ver el grupo al que él pertenecía, inicié con la canción Save me, luego me apareció el Dear Class 2020, leí su discurso y vi las presentaciones, quede enamorada de Spring day, poco a poco escuche sus canciones, leí las letras en español y me pregunté como nunca los quise escuchar antes, es increíble en como en tan corto tiempo ellos se han vuelto tan significativamente en mi vida, bangtan lleno de mucho color a mi vida, ahora me siento más alegre, ahora siento que puedo con todo y gracias ellos se que no me puedo conformar con nada. Este álbum es tan especial para mi como lo es para ellos. Gracias.

quiero decir que lo hicimos muy bien army. ¿Saben por qué? Porque fuimos capaz de hacer cosas que nadie más hizo por sus idols, rompimos miles de récord, y todo lo qué hacemos es para los 7 hombres más maravillosos del mundo o al menos para army.
Lidiamos con haters que solo buscan arruinar las cosas pero nos ayudan a romper más récord y eso es lo que les duele, ver que en vez de arruinarnos nos ayudan.
Army pasó por muchos obstáculos y no solo por éste año, sino también por los demás, pero aún así jamás nos rendimos.
Estoy sumamente orgullosa de mi familia (armyxbts). Algunas "armys" se "rindieron" al ver que no llegábamos a nuestro propio récord pero yo misma lo dije ¡nuestro récord!.💫
Realmente en vez de estar tristes deberían estar felices ya que somos un fandoms que a pesar de todo seguimos aquí por los chicos, que todo lo que hacemos es para ellos y no para competir con otros (como los demás lo hacen). Hoy me sentí más orgullosa de mi fandoms. Mejor disfrutemos el álbum qué está buenísimo.
Los amo y no se rindan jamás porque armys unidos jamás serán vencidos.
