For an unknown side character, Ribut is pretty decent. He got good Intel skills, technique, and a unique shield. Still waiting for Taiga to show up, probably. But hell, Tregear is even more powerful than I thought. No wonder he's friend of Taro, seems like we get another Belial here.

Zero Beyond without Leito?! It's a shame neither Zero or Leito were in the R/B movie, but they already had 5 Ultras in it. Still, he's my favorite Zero host. Ran was just Zero in the driver's seat, and Taiga was just insufferable.

For everyone who are still wondering what's ultra Ribut's background or where's he come from, actually Ribut was a cartoon ultraman from Malaysia animation series called "Upin and Ipin" and apparently got approved by Tsuburaya as official ultra and that's how it's begin

So about the sudden power-up appearing here and there, along with the inconsistent power levels of the New Gen Ultras, if you think about it, they haven't been Ultras for too long. Some have, but their memories were wiped clean, forcing them to engage in all sorts of battles (usually) beyond their limits, hence the reliance on a massive power boost.

For Zero, ( from what I heard ) he couldn't access his Shining Form due to the absence of his Bracelet. That's why instead of the Ultras giving Zero some light energies enough for him to turn Shining, they went to the second best thing, Zero Beyond. ( I'm only saying the Ultras could bring back Zero's Shining form due to the inconsistency of the storylines over the past few shows and movies. This whole thing is targeted at kids, so it makes sense that by using the power of friendship they could unlock 'limitless potential' for until the battle is over, or 3 minutes for a casual plot twist. )
