The whole glove and wrap controversy made Fulton’s team look like real clowns. Inoue didnt just outclass Fulton but stopped him. Wrapping his hands the way FULTON’s team wanted to. He didnt have to do that, his wraps were legal and allowed but he did. That is STATEMENT!

The fact that he made it look like a sparring match was insane this guy is deadass the real deal.

2023/07/25 22:58
The "hype job" lived up to the hype. No cheating, no elbows in opponents face, no hugging, no stepping on opponents feet, and no running. Just high IQ, great timing, speed and power.

I was absolutely floored at how one sided this fight was. Wasn’t even competitive if were being honest and I bet for fulton. We both got humbled today Inoue is a freaking monster!!!

Un juego de piernas exquisito, corte de ring espectacular, explosividad, buen jab, poder y remate. Lo veremos unificado en 122 y 126. Ya en 130 puede tener problemas, no de boxeo sino de envergadura fisica. LEYENDA INOUE

I expected the finish but outclassing Fulton was crazy to see

Can't say enough about Inoue. Speed, power, accuracy, toughness, endurance, incredible ring IQ, fast feet, fast hands, and above all, extremely quick mind. His reactions are as instantaneous as any I've ever seen, again, landing counters to punches his opponent is just starting to throw. I've never seen anyone process seeing an opening and acting on it so quickly. Thanks to both Inoue AND Fulton for the show. Hold your head high Mr. Fulton, you've got real grit, and you can come back from this if you choose to.

Inoue seems unstoppable even at 122. Even a step up didn't hinder his technique and power. 122 and Featherweights be warned. Hopefully he unifies with Tapales next.

2023/07/25 22:50
I expected Fulton to outbox him, but Inoue to break him down and eventually KO him late or win a decision after a KD and rallying late. But no, this man completely outclassed the bigger boxer from start to finish and KO'd him too. Beyond impressive. 2nd greatest Asian boxer of all time, imo.

What a monster, one of the first thing he said was to apologize for delaying the fight to the other team. Skilled and respectful fighter!

2023/07/25 23:26
Fulton tried to fight from the outside, but failed. He then tried to fight on the inside, but failed. He then tried to fight at mid-range, and got knocked out. INOUE is that SPECTACULAR!

To all the boxers running scared, refusing to fight elite competition, this is what greatness looks like.

2023/07/25 22:20
The finish gave me 86/87 Mike Tyson vibes, overhand right followed by a leaping left hook. Then cutting off the ring and cornering a hurt Fulton and finishing with devastating combination and ending it with a short left hook to the jaw. Inoue will unify this division in his next fight. Sky is the limit for The Monster.

4 division world champion, wow. That is not easy, I don’t think people understand how Great this man is.

Inoue was surprisingly way faster than fulton and has a very good defensive IQ hard to say Fulton had a chance after seeing that fight

Incredible performance, he was dominant from the start and that finish was lethal. We're looking at an all time great here

I love how leading up to this fight so many people were calling Inoue a hype job. I said he would beat Fulton easily because Fulton doesn't have the power necessary to keep Inoue off of him. Now it's also obvious, I hope to all you haters, that Inoue is more than just a power puncher. He's slick, fast, counters well, high IQ and cuts off the ring well. He attacks the body instead of constantly head hunting. He's #1 p4p until Saturday and I will still consider him tied #1 p4p with Spence or Crawford, whoever wins Saturday. All the people that were talking s*it on other videos real quiet right now 😂😂.

The Monster skills and power are pure Beast mode. Naoya practically school Fulton for 7 rounds straight, that's the highest boxing skills ever ! The monster went for the kill on round 8, and KO Fultan with unstoppable power !! Naoya is a true champion

Respect to Fulton for fighting Inoue in Japan. Fulton showed courage and skills, but it just wasn't enought tonight. "Let's do it this year" Inoue said to his next opponent, not dodging from anyone. Fulton is the same....total respect to both Fulton and Inoue, win or loss. You guys make boxing come alive again !

2023/07/25 22:17
Monsters exist y’all! Naoya’s timing, speed, and power was on full display. Dude is nuts. Props to Fulton for taking/making the fight. Boxing needs more fights like this!

2023/07/25 22:30
Fulton fought scared from the beginning and appeared tense before the fight. He couldn't overcome his fear and anxiousness during the fight thus unable to do his thing. His jabs are often short because of concern to get hit by Inoue and he failed to put together his punches mostly out of fear. Someone without fear and with great amount of power too is the one that could this monster from Japan.

2023/07/25 22:22
Fulton may have lost but it's nothing to be ashamed of since he lost to a MONSTER. I expected a knockout earlier but Fulton held strong and blocked/evaded Inoue's shots but Fulton was getting tagged without fighting back. Respect to both 🔥

In the news just before the match between Naoya Inoue and Fulton, British boxing media "Boxing Social" asked Teddy Atlas to win or lose the match.
"It's really hard. If I had to pick one, I wouldn't bet on Inoue. I think one of the things I expect from Fulton is that he's a good defensive fighter, he knows how to go round, he's undefeated, he's confident. And Fulton is naturally big, so a few things will happen to him." Does Atlas really know boxing? Evaluations of such people are not worthy of being published in an article! It's just that the same American boxer won, even though he didn't know Naoya Inoue! What is it worth! Shame on you!

Inoue jumps up weight class and doesn't even take a tune up fight but goes straight for the champion and destroys him. Naoya Inoue is an all time great. 4 weight champion and first ever undisputed bantamweight champion.

I once watched a small documentary about Inoue and the narrator said that Japanese fighters are trained or moulded in such a way that they must fight for titles as soon as possible and I think Inoue became a champion in his 4th or 5th professional fight and it's remarkable that he was in his 20th consecutive title fight. As for the fight itself you just don't dismantle a world champion in that fashion as he fought like he's the defending champion and not a challenger and some time back I saw a pound for pound list and I commented that I don't care who's number 1 as long as Inoue is in the top five they can shuffle that list all they want and some people insulted me for my opinion. Tim Bradley did warn the fighters on 122lbs that they should hold onto their straps because "The Monster" is coming for those straps and he said that after Inoue dismantled either Rodriguez or Hernandez. Fulton gave a fair account of himself is just that there's some levels to this boxing thing and unfortunately Inoue was or is levels above him and good luck to him when he goes back to the drawing board to regroup

Inoue said at the conference after the match. He deliberately slowed down in the 5 round to get Fulton out of the shell. That's why Fulton looked good in round 5. Fulton, who thought he was getting tired, was brilliantly fooled. Fulton said he was smart, but he lost even that.
he did it according to the American rules he requested, but did Inoue's punch still hurt?

Since the begining of the event, what really caught my attention is the crowd, a very well disciplined crowd.. they clap when its time, listen when somebody is talking, even applaud the opposing team and not one boo was yelled.. you japanese folks are something else. #Respect

Complete domination from round 1 onward by INoue, if the KO didnt come Inoue would have sailed to an easy Unanimous decision.

I'm an Inoue fan but props to Fulton. Risking his 0 in enemy territory is not something a lot of top boxers do today. I know he'll bounce back.

As a tour guide who worked with Japanese people. They are very respectful. And it is very evident with Inoue as well. Much respect to him. For being humble in defeating his foe in the face of the accusations of illegal wrapping of the gloves.
