I believe Ho-seok Oppa if he said that it's Seokjin Oppa who chooses his lines.

Seokjin Oppa is naturally a shy person (his ears gets all red when he have all the attention 🥰) and he gives way to his maknae all the time because he loves them all. But as a good Parents wont u give ur children a fair amount of oppurtunity and encourage them? In melancholy songs even the rappers gets to be a vocalist, and we are loving it! Why can't the vocalist have the fair amount of lines? Its just too much and too obvious, haven't u notice? or ur just turning a blind eye? this has been going on for years.
