Really love how the sense of heavyness with the fight came back since the first episode, slow battles can be really enjoyable too. Really love the fact that they are all training together even the captain, it helps the feeling that they are all equal.

The main reason they pivoted to collectible gimmick toys in the first place was because attack team collectibles, (the vehicles, base sets, and the role play gear) didn't sell well anymore. I think, in large part, it had to do with how kids obviously didn't want the toys of the guys who always needed saving from Ultraman. I certainly thought that, who gives a darn about the dinky blasters that didn't do jack in show, I wanted the transformation item!
In hindsight, this trend Z started, where attack squads get giant robots that can go toe-to-toe with the MOTW feels like a VERY long time coming.
I hope Earth Garon sells well, if only so we'll get better plot relevant toy distribution amongst the cast for future entries. Good-guy Mecha-Godzilla that fights alongside Ultraman is the EXACT type of shiz I'd have begged my parents for.

This episode was great to me i love how were slowly getting flashbacks of blazars origin and how Gentoo became blazar it's really good bc to me it keeps you hooked and wanting to know the full story the action is great so far blazar finish is a whole unique thing in itself but i do wish he got a beam finisher but its still awesome.

Man, every episode is so good, half an hour just went by like a wind! Keep going Blazar! I love every one of the casts. The professionaliam is through the roof. This is probably the most solid team in Ultraman history.

This episode had a lotta dope scenes which I think Tsuburaya thought given they used a ton of them for the trailer that dropped. I love how we get to see a lot of the characters different skills and quarks through the training montage, Earth Garon is a great addition to the SKaRD arsenal, and Taganala reminds me of a Ben 10 Alien

Earth Garon's first fight wasn't half bad at all, it managed to tore off Taganular's right arm. I'm pretty sure if they aimed the Earth Fire directly at Taganular, it would have destroyed it completely. Though, that would cause a huge catastrophe to that facility there since that thing is literally a walking nuclear bomb.

I really like how Ultraman handle this troublesome Kaiju where instead of avoid the Kaiju beam, he launch it at the air to minimize the surrounding damage. I also like how Blazar did not have to stand for long time to summon his spear, he can summon it while attacking the kaiju..overall i give 4/5 star as i think, when gento try to transform into blazar it takes a bit more time while kaiju its already want to explode...i think they can cut the scene where Blazar do his pose in the smoke and Gento also did not have to hesitate to transform into Ultraman because its already in critical condition...overall its a great episode btw showing the procedure of Earth Garon launch is really impressive!!

こういう地味で古典的な訓練の元に派手な戦闘があることがリアリティマシマシで興奮しました。

Honestly, I really have to give some praise to the comedy and how it *FEELS* so natural. I haven't watched much Tokusatsu (Only Zi-O, Gokaiger, and currently watching through the whole of OOO) but from what I saw it felt kinda forced or too childish for me to enjoy it (I know, kid show but still), sure, some of it gave me a couple chuckle or two but really that's it. Though in Blazar it felt like it would actually happen in real life to some extent, and because of that it's really charming and always gives me a smile seeing them goofing off a little. And the fact that the actors pulled off the scenes really well it's just the icing on the cake.

It’s interesting that Blazar did not materialize a jet of water from his hands to cool down the monster, which lots of other Ultramen have done to deal with overheating Kaiju. I think it adds to the idea that Blazar is an uncivilized Ultraman, who does not know more polished energy techniques like other Ultra societies that have schools to teach young warriors all this. Blazar isn’t the second coming of Nexus like I thought he would be, but I still enjoy him more than any other post-Mebius show! Thank you Tsuburaya :)

防衛チームに怪獣と一騎討ちできるだけの巨大戦力があるのは本当に心強いね。個人的にアースガロンのフォルムは歴代作の中でいちばん好き。これから子供たちに愛される機体になってほしい。
