I've been an active multistan in kpop for years, but none of the bands I support have made me feel like this like NewJeans💗 as soon as I got to know NewJeans, I felt like I was back home. like they were my long lost family. like i finally found "my people"
meaning people like me. they're not just "perfect factory demigods". their songs and videos convey authenticity and like they're just a close group of friends making music and having fun. they make me feel like I'm part of them through the camera and it makes me feel less alone. I've never bought any band's trademarks over the years, but when I started supporting NewJean I had to buy their album (even though my whole bank account became empty because of it lol xd) because I want to support them 100% so that they can grow and I can follow their journey in the future. I'm really grateful that I have the opportunity to be part of a band's journey from the very beginning, and not just any band, but NewJeans. I'm not sure if any of the band members see this, but if they do, I hope they know that somewhere in Finland is their biggest fan who will support them for the rest of her life with all her heart🇫🇮 i really hooe that in the future we will meet at your concert🤟🏻

El MV está muy centrado en lo visual, pero cuando lo miras desde una perspectiva más profunda, en realidad es muy significativo, casi triste. El MV muestra a esta sexta persona siguiendo a NewJeans y sus actividades, las ve bailar, las ve hablar con otras personas y en general, ser animadas y grandes amigas. Para la mayoría de nosotros, nuestros ídolos son como amigos imaginarios en los que a veces nos gusta confiar cuando la vida se pone difícil, y el MV nos muestra eso. Para todos los demás, no ven nada, es puro vacío, pero para nosotros, vemos a NewJeans, escuchamos sus canciones, vemos sus bailes y, a veces, aplicamos estas cosas a nuestra vida diaria. El K-Pop no es solo música, es una forma de conectar a las personas, y es por eso que NewJeans siempre será mi grupo favorito, porque entienden eso 💘🐇

Amo y aprecio que ellas no vayan por el camino fácil, tomando la misma fórmula repetida para tener éxito y ser escuchadas. Aunque Hype Boy y Attention son canciones más mainstream, por así decirlo, seguían teniendo algo especial en ellas que otros grupos no. Con Ditto como comeback se están arriesgando bastante y me encanta, ellas serán grandes.

É incrível como NewJeans apareceu com o conceito que eu sempre quis e com o estilo de música que eu sempre procurei em um girl group, pq eu tava cansada de tanta barulheira, tanto cenário colorido e roupas exageradas. O som delas pode não agradar fãs de kpop, mas com certeza agrada pessoas que gostam de músicas mais calminhas como as baladas coreanas, sem contar o conceito que parece saído de um anime shoujo ou dorama dos anos 2010 pra baixo.

I keep coming back to this beautiful song. It’s very calming and fresh, different from other songs that I’ve heard before. Not just that, I enjoy watching the video. It’s beautiful, youthful and natural. The ending was very unexpected but I love that the whole Mv is centered around the girl and that the video has a very deep meaning to it. Like I got goosebumps and the end and I almost had to cry. They really deserve their success ☁️✨

Their discography and concepts are no joke! There concepts have a sense of genuineness and vulnerability. While highly skilled and professional, their concepts don't go for the super perfect dances or highly glamorized looks, and you can usually see them look like they are enjoying themselves and each other in the videos. It isn't always striking a pose to the camera. You see them really interacting with each other. It is really refreshing.

there's something so haunting, sombre and bittersweet about this song. throughout the entirety of the music video i was feelings pangs of nostalgia but was slowly choking and tearing up towards the end, and it was really hard to describe this feeling. the directions of cinematography made it feel so light and floaty, as if i was looking at my own childhood memories of school and that's what hit me a bit harder. i don't think it's just about the girl viewing newjeans as her close, 'imaginary' friends, but seeing other groups enjoying themselves, having fun and feeling like shes not able to join them. i relate to this a lot - i got along with everyone in my school but found that i was floating quite a bit between different groups and couldnt really find my people until my final year. all in all, loved this a lot :))

La canción es buena me gusto mucho esa partecita de "Woo" sus voces que escuchan tan dulces y la letra está muy linda y la coreo se ve genial aún que no se vio toda la coreo pero hubo unos dos pasos que me parecieron increbles y el vídeo Wooo está muy bien hecho tengo que decir que me gustó más el vídeo que la canción parece que vi una película o K-drama está de verdad bien hecho y ver a un actor de Veinticinco Veintiuno me sorprendió y me encantó y también tengo que decir que las New Jeans son buenas actuando hasta me hicieron sentir que yo era la chica y pensé las New Jeans serian tan buenas y lindas amigas y el final no que triste al final ellas nunca estuvieron ahí y ella estába sola grabando nosé por qué cuando vi a esa chica pensé en Sooha del webtoom Dark Moon, New Jeans cada vez me gustan más si antes me gustaban ahora me encantan las amo. ꒰⑅ᵕ༚ᵕ꒱˖♡

I do really feel that NewJeans will start the 5th generation of the k-pop industry with this beautiful R&B music style. It is unique, sound is amazing and everything ADOR does with promotions and stuff - 10/10. They have talented people, and I can't wait what they will show us on 2nd of January 2023. Also - the MV is brilliant, can't say anything else about it, I lost my words after watching that.
