外国の方が誤解しないでくれたら嬉しいです。
This is the correct way to fillet pufferfish and he's not making fun of it or treating it as a toy so don't talk shit if you have no idea what he's doing. As an example, around 1:15 he said it's the safest way to handle the fish (as the teeth are really sharp). Similarly when he made them into water balloons he's actually washing the stomachs. How you cook may differ based on your origin but please show some respect and don't criticise something just because you don't understand it. Let me repeat it again, he's just cooking, not messing around.

水入れて膨らんだフグ、なんか異様でフグの霊魂に呪われそうな感じがします。（でもしっかり観察しちゃった）
フグって、ヨーロッパではtetradon (四つの歯)　と言います。四つの大きい前歯が目立つからですね。
