一瞬の煌めきから始まる“スパークル”は
夢を見続け、傷つきながらも最終的に恋をした意味をしっかり見つける物語です。
私は楽曲を聴きながら、「実らない恋に終わりを告げたその人は、流れ星のような一瞬の経験をしたことで一歩大人になり
新しい道を進み続けていくのだろうな〜」など想像していると“旅たちの日”の情景が頭に浮かんできました。
次の人生に進むにあたって、たくさんの思い出が詰まった場所を離れる時
その人はそこで起きた一瞬の“煌めき達をしっかり思い出し、消化し、旅立っていきます。
幾田りらさんのスパークルは複雑な片思いの心境を整理したかのように、
素直で真っ直ぐな言葉で歌われているのが印象的でしたので映像もなるべくシンプルで真っ直ぐな印象になるように心掛けました。
この作品に最高なスタッフと一緒に携われてとても光栄でした。

I really love it because Lilas is in it. I also realky like watching it 'coz the expression of the scene where the hair is wrapped around the ears is mature and very nice. She's really good at creating facial expressions that match the worldview of the lyrics. You can feel it through the verses of the song, but the feelings she want to express are really beautiful. It is a music video that looks just like when I am lost in thought in a train of the Sunrise Seto Sleeper Express! Great song...Great MV!!!

amazing mv! really nobody blesses our hearts with her voice and beauty like ikuta rira does. between sparkle and lens, i definitely prefer sparkle because it just expresses the unrequited love theme so good. however for the MV i think i still prefer Lens because of the set design and everything (the DANCE. never forget the DANCE) . lovely that ikura got to travel to a lot of different places in this one though compared to lens where she basically stays in 1 set city.!
