I imagined someone out there playing pokemon in his/her entire life.
Playing every generation of pokemon games and completing the pokedexes.
This franchise will always be remembered and never forgotten.

As a kid who grew up in the 90’s, I can honestly say that Pokémon has been a huge part of my life. It’s funny because I can still remember being that little boy who spent hours in the Varidian forest with my Bulbasaur.

Too many people complain too much about graphics, gameplay, etc… though I do understand the competitive scene, I also understand Pokémon in the eyes of a casual, someone who just wants to explore and interact with things around the Pokémon world.

The internet wasn’t really mainstream when I was growing up, so us kids didn’t have to get spoiled with leaks, making it even harder to figure out things like how to evolve specific Pokémon or how to properly train up a team.

Sometimes the most fun thing to do is to play a game once without knowing anything, and then see how others played the game, only after you’ve played enough to get that worth of adventure. I’m just suggesting this because automatically knowing everything about every new Pokémon and place in a 1st casual play through isn’t going to do much for most peoples’ enjoyment.

As silly as it is, this almost made me cry. 🥹 I've been playing Pokémon since middle school, and I didn't even realize how many encounters I've had with these amazing creatures. Yes, I did get attached to my teams in each game. So many memories and so many battles with my friends. I will forever love the Pokémon games. 😭

赤、緑から始まって25年。これまで1008種類も生み出されていたのか！？どのシリーズも出る度にワクワクさせてくれる、どの世代でも楽しませてくれるさらには世界中へと広がっているポケモンは本当にすごい。まだまだ進化して行くポケモンが本当に楽しみで仕方がない。

Even though I am not playing the current games, Pokémon will forever be apart of my life. I started my Pokémon journey at the age of 6-7 years old with Pokémon Yellow (Red and Blue came afterwards for me) and now I'm still a Pokémon trainer at the age of 31. No matter how old I get, this journey will never end. Thank you Pokémon for helping me through the hard times. I love you.

初代からSVまで25年以上をずっとポケモンと共にしてきた世代がいるんだよな。
もちろん海外にもそういうファンがいる。
これって当たり前のようで本当に凄いことだと思う。そしてこれからもずっと誰かのそばにいてくれる家族みたいな存在がポケモンだと思う。
