에스파는 멤버들도 무대를 위해 노력하기는 하는데, 서포트하는 팀들도 결과물에 상당히 집중하는 것 같음. 과거 넥스트레벨 카메라워킹도 그렇고 의상 디자인이나 뮤비 구성, 앨범 구성이나 컨셉 포토들도 예술적인 요소를 살리려고 노력함. 단순히 예쁘고 아름다워 보이는 것을 탈피해서 설정한 컨셉을 잘 살리기 위해 노력하는 건 매우 긍정적으로 보임.
