So part 7 happens in another universe (it has nothing to do with the events of part 6 ending) just to clear confusion, imagine this as a reboot except the old universe still exists and still relevant as parts 7 to 9 all have heavy references from parts 1 - 5 but things happen very differently. Part 7 would be a mix of parts 1- 3 in ways i will not describe cause of spoilers but you will likely notice when watching.
