In this song, the lyric “ NO doubt, it appears that everyone considers me as a poor lunatic(mental ill)! "

This is something else. Everything seems and sounds like some kind of mixture between many concepts IMO. The style that goes with the art, the old and modern feel in the scenes, the chord progressions, the mood. I just find them very interesting. Amazing piece work!!
