Shiki Theatre Company Introduction
July 2013 marked the 60th anniversary of Shiki Theatre Company. Now, with 8 home theatres throughout Japan, we have over 3,000 performances per year, i.e. an average of 8 performances per day. Actually, it is often the case that 12 productions are running simultaneously in the country. The number of performances is not only incomparable in Japan but also prominent in the world.
