My theory:
Mako & Mayka
Mayuka has white doors in her scene. White doors fits the concept for mako’s scene. Mako probably saw something so she started running towards it. At the end of the hall is possibly a white door rather than a black. She opens it, causing Mayuka to see a rainbow flash. And then they finally see each other

Nina & Rio
Rio has foot steps near her. She looks see all the foot steps and sees something in front of her and follows the steps. Behind Nina is Black foot steps. Maybe the foot steps near Rio lead to nina’s stairs, Rio walks along the foot steps to see Nina. Nina finds the foot steps behind her.

Ayaka & Rima
Ayaka is in a room with clocks. Ayaka seems to be pressing on something. As you can see rima is in that weird room. She keeps pushing the blocks but more pop out. Ayaka could be the one triggering those blocks. Ayaka pushes a bunch of more times, making the stuff with rima to collapse, ayaka and rima meet each other.

Maya, Miihi & Riku
Maya and miihi are both in the ocean. Miihi seems to look lost. Maya takes her telescope and looks around. Through the telescope she sees Miihi sitting down. Miihi looks up to see someone in the distance. A boat coming near her. Maya comes to Miihi. There is a door behind Miihi. There is also a door behind Riku. Riku gets up and opens the door. Maya and Miihi look up to see Riku enter through the door. The 3 meet each other

All 9
Maya tells Miihi and Riku to get on the boat, Maya rows her boat to land. Mako and Mayuka leave the forest with the doors entering the real world again. Ayaka sees the world outside because Rima’s box collapsed. They all run along the foot steps to Nina and Rio. All of a sudden light appears. The light represents the lights on the stage when the final lineup was announced. All 9 of them meet up, creating Niziu. They all dance together as they debut and celebrate their final lineup
(Miihi, I hope she feels better btw idk what to do about Miihi for the dance scene)

Riku searches high in the clouds.
Rima, the search has become a puzzle.
Maya sees Miihi with her telescope.
Miihi is found.
Mayuka does some self reflection.
Mako runs toward freedom.

The song is about Miihi getting better and coming back, step by step.

That is so sad to hear but it was also necessary...
It was obvious that Miihi was on a very unhealthy path lately and taking a break addressing this might have been necessary to regain her strength for future projects.
I really hope she fully recovers and gets stronger than ever! :)
