Being kept in Isolation has been difficult for a lot of people and this was a much needed distraction for a lot of us. When events like this take place, where people from all over the world can come together and watch a band they care about put on a special performance, it makes big world problems feel much smaller, at least for a bit. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dir En Grey for putting together this magnificent performance for everyone. It means so much and words cannot express how deeply appreciative I am for this.

I've been with you for 16 years and I can honestly say I've never regretted a minute of it. I don't know where I would be if I wouldn't have found you during a very hard time, you've helped me through some of the most painful things and I can never repay that. I want to share my personal story with you. In January, I was at Dir En Grey concert. It was my last dream. The thing is, I’ve spent two years living with suicidal thoughts. I was very tired of my thoughts, of the emptiness inside. I couldn't even feel the pain. I decided to kill myself right after the concert. I bought a ticket and went to another city just for the band. That day, for the first time in a long time I felt something. I was very tired that day because I’ve waited all day for the band (I stood outside for 12 hours before the concert, and it was really cold). I was physically exhausted at the end of the day, but I was happy! I felt pain on my feet. I realized I was still alive! That day, I didn't kill myself because Kyo really inspired me. He saved my life! Now I live for one dream. I want to go to a DEG’s concert in Japan. I'll learn Japanese to understand the songs better. Today's concert is a huge gift for me. Thank you for everything you do! Your music makes me feel alive. I love you all!

I'm thankful DIR EN GREY and everyone involved took the time to give everyone the live experience, especially with everything that's going on, even though they didn't have to. I've never gotten the opportunity to see them live, including back when they were in the US a few months ago, but they've been my favorite band for around 6-7 years now, so I'm really glad I finally could see them perform in real time, even if separated through the screen. I'll be looking forward to their future material and hopefully, one day, I'll get to see them live in person as well.

Huge fan from the States. I went to my FIRST ever DIru Concert on 12/13/2019 & words can not describe how star struck I was w/ the performance. I was slightly skeptical about Kyo’s voice due to what’s happened to him & live performances I would watch via YouTube. However, His voice was impeccable & truly magnificent in person. They played my favorite track from “The Insulated World” Album to start off the show & my was it beautiful. Kyo & the members put on quite a show that night. Watching this felt like a 2nd concert for me, going backstage meeting the members theoretically. Thank you for this Livestream. This definitely lifted my spirits up during my isolation due to COVID-19 safety. I do hope in the future they return to the states once more. Much Love.
